Raw Corn Off The Cob

1. Cut corn off of the cob and place in a bowl

2. Add chopped onions, crushed garlic clove, parsley, celery, rosemary, olive oil  1 T flax seed, and sea salt to taste

3. Mix quickly so corn does not break down completely
